-郵件措辭盡量客氣禮貌,避免強(qiáng)硬的要求,比如:You have to / must / need to,多用請(qǐng)求類語(yǔ)句Could you please…/ May I have…/ I’d love to…
-發(fā)郵件的時(shí)間注意選擇工作日的工作時(shí)間,如果有時(shí)差設(shè)置定時(shí)發(fā)送
-使用專業(yè)的郵箱地址,比如給Prof發(fā)郵件盡量使用學(xué)校edu郵箱
-收到回信記得禮貌回復(fù),不管是否還有其他問(wèn)題或后續(xù)輸出,都請(qǐng)及時(shí)回復(fù)并表示感謝
