01. OOO
有歪果仁同事或客戶給你發(fā)“OOO”，
千萬不要認(rèn)為是“哦哦哦”的意思哈~
“OOO”全稱為out of office，
是沒在辦公室，出去度假的意思。
這是電子郵件的自動回復(fù)功能，
假如你出去度假了(out of office),
這時不在辦公室，
辦公一族時常在OUTLOOK上設(shè)置這句話。
例句：
I m OOO for annual leave and I ll deal ，
with it when I get back from vacation.
我正在休年假不在辦公室，
休完假回來再處理。
02. PS
在郵件往來中，
我們常常會出現(xiàn)PS這樣的字眼，
是Photoshop嗎？
不是的哈，它的全稱是postscript，
是附言的意思，一般出現(xiàn)在郵件的末尾
添加一些需要提及的內(nèi)容。
例句：
A brief, handwritten postscript，
lay beneath his signature.
在他的簽名下，
有一句簡短的手寫附言。
03. 郵件中常用句型
開場白
Hope you are doing well.
Hope this email finds you well.
Hope all is well.
郵件結(jié)尾
