是 the other day 還是 another day 呢？

the other day = not long ago，意思是幾天前、不久以前。而another day意思是改天、又一天、新的一天。
活到明天就可以說(shuō)live to see / fight another day。

幾天前，他才修理完院子里的草坪。
white day 才不是白天的意思呢？實(shí)際上 white day = White Valentine s Day，是白色情人節(jié)的縮寫。還可以表示良辰吉日，white 是幸福的、吉利的意思。
白天正確的表達(dá)方式是 by day，夜里就是 by night。要注意，加了 the 意思就變了！by the day 是按天計(jì)算，隨著時(shí)間的意思。
What day is it today？和 What s the date today?這兩個(gè)問(wèn)日子的問(wèn)法，大家要注意區(qū)分哦！
